I've noticed I get a solid extra 2MPG by filling up with 93 octane instead of 87. Car also feels much stronger running on 93.
Unfortunately, stations in the area like to sell 85, 87, and 89...Some 91. I was very happy to find a place in the town I work in that sells 89, 91, and 93
