ARP Head Bolts Update...
I spoke with Bone today at ARP, regarding the head set problem and design issue, reported by several members.
Bone said the new designed bolts will be available to distributors; next month.
I was concerned about accidentally buying the older bolts, and asked how to tell the difference. Bone said; he's "not sure if the part number will change", (let's hope so), and said "all the suppliers have been back ordering the head bolts, for about three months now".
He suggested there isn't any old style head sets, left on any shelves in the US. (Not sure about that one).
Let's hope they get it right and we can buy quality head bolts again, without getting the recalled product, by accident.
