I don't like it when people use work, school, or minor injuries as a form of being late or not shipping out parts.
I work 2 jobs, work on my cars, go to the gym every other day and still ship out parts 24 hours after sold.

Yeah I wouldnt let up on him till you have the cash or a certified bank check in hand.
He obviously has a history of this type of thing and in my opinion should be banned and blackballed from the community after he pays up.
