Thread: our cars values?

This is the main reason why people part out our cars ....they aint worth $hit and too many cheap ass's on these forums !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hondas are more easy to work on can make stupid power all motor hands down !
My 91 has ZERO rust and with $20k in it still wont fetch more than $5k if I'm lucky . Nothing personal against 240sx's but rusted out ones with basic bolt on and a stock ka motor will sell faster than any se-r because of the drifting bandwagon and every kid who thinks he the next drift king ! I say if you want to make your money back buy a honda but i'm sticking with nissan's till the end . I'll buy a bus pass before i roll a honda and have to sleep with one eye open . End of my drunken rant

Guys- these are 15+ year old economy cars, these cars are never going to be mainstream and colllectable. They will always be a lot of fun to drive. You need to wrap your minds around Nissan's advertising of the era.

15k for a sentra, not gonna happen. Wire tuck and piping isn't gonna bring the value up like that. It doesn't matter what mods are on a car, if your able to sell a 98 older b13/b14 for over 10k, then the seller got lucky and the buyer got lucky aswell cause it must
of had something like 15-20k into it. Sad but true.

I still have a strong passion for these cars and wish I had more in my driveway.

As previously stated, awesome! Thanks for sharing the video. I very much agree. Our cars are fun to drive, cheap to buy and in a class all their own. That's why we give them names like SE-Renity and such. This is also why when an unsuspecting Honda or Mustang owner loses to you in a race they want to trade in their "popular" car for a sleeper.

LOL!!!!!!!! If I had a dollar for everytime that happened to me I'd be rich! I totally think this car is a sleeper that has surprised MANY people

Bottom line, I still love smacking local hondas and exotics in my sentra. Regardless of resale value.

There was a time when nobody would have thought the little econobox 510 would be a collectible either. Hell, I would even venture to say our cars are ALREADY collectible to some degree and this forum and others like it is proof to that.

Our cars may never be "mainstream" but that's part of what makes them unique, and to me that's a good thing.

Let's all go buy some Hondas!
