well ya beater b13s arent hard to come by. its when people like stratton or others that dump so much money into them they cant even get a fraction of that back.

I see civics that have thousands dumped into them and they can't get 3k for them. Ehh with a civic you can throw pretty much any honda engine in it and their will be 10000 people that know how to do it. It makes more sense to get a more popular car for the fact that parts are cheaper and there's more knowledge database on the internet

Not hating on cliffs ride, it was very nice, but not 10k nice imo. I've seen the car in person. The headlights and cf hood were kick ass and he made some serious power.

Russ's b14 that Jamie has is 10k+ nice. But I understand that everyone is entitled to your own opinion in value.

There are alot more nicer Hondas then se-r's. Yea there are tons of garbage hondas but there are dudes that spend money on their car too. I see alot of hondas with quality parts that arent cheap.

Like someone else said too...the people overpaying for hondas are young kids who dont know anything. They just want a tricked out import they can spray paint wheels, put a cheap lip, and some stickers to fit in with the crowd.

I believe Russ' old car should have fetched 15k, not 10k. All I needed was a wiretuck and better intercooler piping and it would have been a 10k car easy...

I'm 41 and I hope I live to see the day when a mint, low mile or resorted B13 SE-R rolls through Barrett-Jackson so I can call my buddies, kids, maybe grand kids, and tell the wife "I told you so".

No way.... It was a nice car and I saw it in person. Your car was a nice car. I have had several that nice. My last 2 as a matter of fact were they had VEs with every part you could put on them. One sold for 6k and one sold for 6.5k

Both had working A/C which is a big selling point to most people.

I would say your car was worth 6k 7k at the tops. Now take the car apart and you may make 10k.
