No, there are non lsd tranny sr18 from Bluebird and other cars that do come here as JDM imports.

What would it matter if it were one or the other? If it's gear ratio, then all you have to do is put it in gear, turn the input shaft a certain number of turns, watch the ouput on the half shaft part you have in there and count those turns. Then do some math and find out what ratio it is. Maybe repeat for all the gears to get the full picture.

THis chap is definitely on the right track......that's one of the ways to really find out what's in there unless you open an count input against output and FD.
Its a p11 style box, has the mount holes on the top and the fins on the front, i would guess if its ex japan that its a P11 sr20de open diff box, prob 3.8 if its jdm, could be 4.1 tho.

It could also be a SR18 box if it's from the Primera.
The newer model SR gearboxs from 96-up has the same features as yours some even fluid clutch, but also found in both SR18/SR20. My gearbox looks basically just like yours but it's fluid clutch and it's from a SR20rr scrapped personnally and also verified ratios.
