Thread: header for 1.6..

ok so i have a 93 4 door b13..with the 1.6 motor of course(for now) anyways i have a nasty exhaust leak coming from my exhaust manifold and flex pipe and i decided to get an exhaust header for the time being...now before you all say search i did and well everything was for the sr20...now the only company i see that makes a header for my motor is pacesetter along with obx and ebay brands, now are they any of them good ? what do you guys recommend ? and which one will give me a performance gain..if any

Get a ebay header, itll work fine, itll be cheap.

^really ? i've read tons of horror stories of them not lining up right and etc.

^Where did you hear these horror stories? I ran a GA16 eBay header and it was the best mod I put on my 1.6L. I still have the header. Worked like a champ.

i see at the end of the header going towards my exhaust it shows 1.5 inches..is this anything to worry about..i also saw some with 2 inches i believe..
