Hissing from IACV?
Is it supposed to sound like a hissing sound? I think that may be the problem with my rough idle if it's not..

Is it possible you have a diagram of the lines or something? I can't seem to find anything on it.

I notice that you can hear it more when unscrewing it while adjusting it..

mine was leaking from the aac..the golden hex shaped valve that screws into the body. It also uses a copper washer to seal, check it.

It may be your pullies making that noise and you think it is a vacuum hiss.

Rough idle and hiss means a vacuum leak, as you already know. I actually forgot to put one of the iacv bolts in and wondered why my car did the same. Maybe a leak on the itm. Has it always been that way or did you change anything recently?
