Thread: Anyone has taken power steering out?

Got rid of the PS back in April, parrallel and multi story parking are obvisously hindered but you get used to it. And once your upto 5-10mph you can't really tell.

I never used a tensioner, just squeezed a tight belt over the WP pulley.

I ran without it for awhile on my B14, still using the PS rack, just looped the lines and filled it the best i could. It was ok, as others have said it was hard to park if you cant pull straight in or out. Not bad though, you get use to it. I am keeping it on my P10 build though, not sure if it saves that much power to be honest.

I didn't do it ,too much bull so I just fixed it,lol
