Thread: JWT 2.4 build question

I was browsing JWTs site and seen that they use to make a 2.4 stroker kit. Just curious to find out why it never took off. I also seen that the crank they were using was a 93 or 94.5mm crank along with I think 90mm pistons. Are those cranks still around? Was it worth it or what?

Interesting. Id like to hear more about this 94+mm crank. I bet its spendy as hell though.

its discontinued but i was just curious.and its was a 94.4mm stroke...never hurts to ask questions.but a 94.4mm stroke and a 92mm bore i think would be bigger than a 2.5

I always figured it was the Tomei kit they were selling. Id assume with a crank that size you would have to do quite a bit of grinding to the block

You would have to do grinding but if a 92mm crank fits with very little to no grinding the 94.4 is one more mm on each side of grinding, 1mm is nothing.
