I will be helping him swapping cases. I have never done it before but thats never stopped me yet

We need to get yours finished and out of my garage so we can start pulling the motor out of my 240!

We will have the sentra up and running again soon and hopefully he can get a good run at the track next time. the car is running a jwt 4bar ecu as of right now. I have a nistune ecu that I got for my nx but i was thinking about testing it on Mercer's sentra if he wants. The jwt tune is pig rich (pegs 10.0 untill about 4-5k).

This car has been an fun experience. We didnt expect to break the tranny yet but shit happens. Fix it and try again!

This is what happened to my tranny launching at track

I've seen this 2x (1 turbo b13/ 1 NOS b15) out of 6 trips to the strip with fellow Sentra owners. How long did you shut the drag strip down for?

He actually did a great job driving and as soon as it broke, he pulled off the side of the track before the 60'. Down time was only about 30 minutes.

Its racing, shit breaks. Not the first time and definately not the last. Id be willing to bet that just about anybody on here that is a frequent track goer has broken something at one time or another.

Finally back together now and driving great. It took a little while longer than expected because we found several more problems along the way but thanks for all the tips guys and a BIG thanks to Dracer35.

I ripped all the mounts, bent shift linkage, broke part of the passenger mount, etc.

Idk but maybe Im a little hard on my cars, some pics of carnage on previous engine...

o well every time you brake is a good oppertunity to upgrade!
