Thread: Sorry another thread of Identify this tranny please?

Ok...so happened to pass by junk yard today and saw 98? b14 SER.
Sticker on door said 6/98. and had RS5F32V
Which V indicates LSD if I am not mistaken?

So I go to pull tranny and to me this looks like a non-lsd tranny?
This one has fins but am I identifying the LSD 'buldge' correctly.
I have a feeling that this is not LSD. The Vin on the tranny matches the car I pulled it from. It had the bubble tale lights.

I know 98 SE-R's came with non LSD tranny

thats what I thought. I am curious why the door code had RS5F32V, thought it should have had 'A' at the end.

edit...stupid thread..this is not lsd...
