both filters are it pumpd in the tank but when i put everything back together it doesnt reach the injectors

Dumb question,but the fuel rail isnt all bent or pinched...like a jdm motor that was snatched out by the rail,is it?

something is clogged somewhere between the fuel tank and the injectors. i suspect the fuel pump might be coming on but not priming or something
