CTS plug voltage??
I checked my CTS plug today and im only getting 3.7 volts with key on and cold....im sure its supposed to be 12v but what would cause this?

ahh i forgot that its a thermal resistor and doesnt use 12v reference...pulled it out and checked resistance at 1.7 at 68 degrees though it was new.
Got a new Borg Warner unit and its about 2.2 so its in spec now. Thanks for the reminder.
