Need help finding a gasket
So the SE-R I just bought has a nasty exhaust leak, and I think I know where its coming from. I need the gasket that goes between the two halves of an ssac header. Anyone know where I can get one? Mine seems to be missing...

I'm unable to purchase anything off of eBay at the moment. I may just purchase some gasket material and make my own. Thanks for the help.

You need the SCE 9400 (pipe) and 9412 (block), got this from a friend when I joined a group buy.

It has some kind of copper gasket ready for the head, but as far as I can tell no gasket at all for the three bolt flange. Trying to decide if I can spend the $17 right now since I'm currently unemployed.

Whut? It has no gasket for the three bolt flange?

The rest of your post I understand completely. Even if I would be employed, I'm still research the f out of it to get the good product for a good price

Yeah, as the header is currently installed on the car, there's no gasket in there. I put my hand down there and could feel the exhaust leaking from that area. This is how I bought the car.

Let me tell you in what state I bought my car... From an experienced person, more then I am. Besides a few thingies, really not that much he should have known, so it's all good, still talk to him, good guy.

But just about everything was shot to pieces driver wise. This because he just bought it and stored it for 5 years so the mileage-issues are not his fault and I don't know why he bought the car or even drive it, he has many.

Good thing, it was so bad on the MAF and lambda the engine was running richer then rich, about 20mpg, it seemed that nobody had the bright idea to check for working of sensors, therefore it was stocker then stock, no raped engine looking bad, dirty, rusted and just fubar (from the outside) and it is a pretty rare car overhere with the AC and being a '93. So I had to buy it.

I'd better not. But I just love it.

Sorry for the hijacking, I'm not going to make this a habit. I happen to get a ''Nike'' feel sometimes.

Also just wanted to say, not using a gasket on that spot, is kinda ehm.. brilliant

Only complaints on this car is the exhaust leak, completely shot motor mount and the headliner is swiss cheese. Otherwise its in great shape for 200,000+ miles on the chassis. jdm highport runs great, strong motor.
