how the #$%@ do you guys get pass emissions with all these wild vvl and turbo setups. i was just thinking of running my car thru with someone elses dlc connector but id like to stay legal. and which is easier to get to go thru, vvl n/a setups or sr20det setups? im partial to vvl so i can stay all motor.

well, my car never gets checked anymore. As to why I don't know, but i keep registering it and they don't seem to care about it anymore. Score one for me

same here. cincinnati ohio used to have emissions, which didnt make sense becuase across the river in ky they didnt have emissions and alot of people live in ky and work in cincinnati so it was all bs cause the people in ky didnt have emissions but the people in ohio did it was messed up. thye since did away with E check.

back when we did have echeck we have a few guys who were into cars on the local forum and they worked at the echeck place so they would pass the cars, even heavily modded cars. it was pretty sweet.

yea cali is crazy, there the ones always on fire or shakin, whens it gonna fall in the ocean again? even mother natures like....enough already. there prob the ones who keep skylines and pulsars out of our hands without sellin our left nut

no emission here in florida since like mid late 90's.

Got my det through az smog with a restrictive exhaust and and 10 degrees andvanced timing. Took three tries but it passed.
