^Yes. I'm going to pull the motor apart. I'll see what all is damaged and report back. Should have it out be Sunday and then pull the falling motor the next weekend and start swapping stuff over for a quick install. Might get a friend to help so it don't take as long. Just realized I have a not of stuff I need to sale and junk as well O_o.

Man I am confused. Sounds like lower end or below the head, but not really rod knock, more like rod damage, rod end problem, something weird sort of like piston slap even.

^I know right. I'll see once I crack it open and let everybody know. My VE is sitting in the garage next to my car, but it's not 2.3 yet. You guys have no idea how bad I just want to throw it in there, but I'll hold off. Man I got a lot of wrenching to do.

sounds to me almost like under fueling, like spraying ether in a diesel engine on cold days...
maybe loss of compression... ill think about it some more, we busy at work.. ill post soon.

- Skipped the compression test. Regardless the head has to come off to see what is going on. I'm pulling the motor next weekend. Might start on it Sunday, but I'm going to enjoy myself tomorrow and Saturday.

Hey Im off at 12 today and am off at ALL 3 JOBS until monday! Should I load up some tools?
