^^^
You know, I had a situation where I had a bad injector, and I have a spare rail with 270cc injectors lying around. It was really convenient to have a spare rail with injectors to swap, instead of wrestling the injectors out.

I've got like 3 rails, so I think I'm always going to keep a spare set on hand to swap when I need to diagnose them.

^Sorry the VID is dark. Just click and it should pop up and play.

^I took the VC off and everything was intact. Pulled all the plugs and didn't see any of the cylinders flooded. I guess the motor is toast :/.

^Cams are good. Head is intact. Nothing wrong with the head at all. I was hoping it was just a rocker arm. It's all good. I'll think positive out of this. It is now VE time.

I've never heard anything like it, but I would at least crack the transmission off and see if something is rubbing in there before I chalk up the engine.

It doesn't necessarily sound like a spun bearing...

Update
I'll be pulling the tranny this weekend. Hopefully Louis is right and it's something minor rubbing in there. It does not sound like rod knock, I've had rod knock before. Hopefully I can fix it and get my car back on the road this weekend.

If not, then the back motor has arrived. .

This is the clutch setup I used below. Maybe a spring broke loose from the disk?

One uneducated guess I have is that the flywheel bent just slightly, but I don't know how possible that is.

Oh man I feel like that could be anything. A couple bent valves (happened to me when I hydro-locked my first engine), a bent rod causing the pistons to hit the counterweights, it could be something in the bellhousing causing that noise. I have no clue.
I wouldn't be surprised if it's something in the bellhousing. You're just gunna have to dive into it and find out.
