You can use a B13 hub, but where the tie rod connects to the hub is in a different position (about 2" lower on the B13 hub) which isn't good for steering geometry. If you were changing the pair it would be better, but still not an ideal solution.

I should have been more specific, they're unique in the specific way in bold above in my previous post. So you CAN use a B13 hub, but it will introduce steering/alignment issues which aren't good.
