Thread: Need to buy new throttle cable - Best Cable for hiding?

Hello All,

Ive searched and read a ton of threads and still havent found my answer. I have to replace my throttle cable as mine is shot.

If I want to re-route under the manifold to hide it is there a better choice
than the OEM Highport cable? This is going on a 92 SE-R with a Highport DET.

i need to replace mine too. Adjustment nut was twisted off years ago lol.

I have a high port cable on mine.. I just took it off and wrapped under the intake mani. You only see about 1 foot of it.

Yeah I need to purchase a new one just making sure theres not a better shorter one to use than the standard high port one.

ive heard the RR cable is shorter. Can anyone verify?

Thats not right. Euro GA16DE is much shorter and fit great, i can make pics later. Ask Greg if he can source one.

Its for a DET but im pretty sure all highports are the same.
