I had to modify the TB end bracket as well to make it work. Very similar to what you did. The pedal side bracket i know i used the B14 one, im pretty sure the cable pops out and you can slide the other one on.

Kinda yea, I am going to make a new bracket similar to squirlz and I will post shortly when its complete.
