Thread: DIY Power steering pressure hose

and wouldn't mind seeing what I can do for my VE. Wondering if anyone has tried changing out their banjo style setup for a setup like this?

What I'd really like to know is the size of bolt for the power steering pump portion and the top where it mounts to the strut tower. Those two sizes and thread pitch and I'd be off to the races to make a how to!

I've also been looking into this. I'm going to the junk yard tomorrow to see if the power steering banjo bolts and also the rack lines use the same size fitting on the 240sx, sentra, and g20. I'll let you know what I find out.

damnsomeone figure it out and post up the parts list, the line on my ve just popped a couple weeks ago.

JD4, it looks like whatever engine is in the 240 that isn't the sr20 (ca I think isn't it?) is the fitting sizes listed on the zylvia website, so if they are the same size as the ka/ca whatever engine, then I have all that I need to order my parts.

Oh tight you have the high pressure line and pump you are just dumping?

im taking off:
-ps pump(not sure if its VE specific,or all sr20 ps pumps are the same)
-high pressure hose
-fluid resivor
-pulley and brakets and crap....

what do you need ,we can work somthing out....

High pressure line if it works on my 91. Is it in good shape?

every ting is still on the car...in great shape...
