Yeah I work at napa, the new axles suck, much better off getting reman ones since they use the original green nissan core.

I asked for remanufactured ones and apparently i got new ones. I went back and forth with napa constantly about getting a pair that had a damper with no results. This went on for 2-3 weeks and i just needed my car on the road, period.. maybe i should go bitch at them again. They said these have a lifetime warranty.

How can i tell for 100% sure that it's the axles?

I take it transmission output shafts never get bent warped? Just wanna eliminate all variables so that i have a case against napa :|

take them back to napa say they are defective an demand your money back, then goto schucks o'reilys an get a set of remanned.. to tell if they are remanned they will have the dampner and may have a slight green tent to them..

btw do you have your old axles still?

I gave my old axles to napa.. everyone was saying it could be the alignment/motor mounts/ETC.... -________-

The crappy part is that nobody seems to be parting out B14's out here. 200SX's are extremely rare. Makes me want to get rid of this car.. been real frustrating to find used parts.

Would it be screwed up of me to go get some junkyard GA16DE axles and trade them in for some new B14 SE-R axles? :P

Actually they will work. I have B14 Raxles on my VE B13 and have been rolling on them for the last 4 years. No issues.
