This means the photographer can be standing by the car, this however does not say anything about the owner/driver who may not be the photographer.

What kinda upper links do you have for that negative camber?

Vadim I think the idea is that you can't just complete the challenge by driving and taking a picture. You have to stop and get out and then take the picture. This makes it much more legitimate. If the challenge is to take a picture of the car in the middle of a bridge, you can't just drive across the bridge and take a picture. You have to park the car on the bridge, get out, and take the picture. Or have someone else on the shoreline take the picture. Or someone else in another car take the picture.

Common rules for picture scavenger hunts.

Vadim I assume you took that picture after the challenge was made so I'm here to put in vote #1 that you pass the challenge.
