fixed all my problems but one...
Fixed the problem....sorry that i deleted it guys...hope someone can use this information so you dont run around changing parts that dont need to be changed(and it wont make you look like an idiot like it made me look like) lol

Here is what the problem was:
I would start my car and it would idle perfect and once the engine warmed up(after about 5-10 minutes) it would start to idle surge, and when it would start to surge, it would start to not take any fuel other than idle. I could give it slight throttle or mash it and it would just rev up slightly and just kind of bounce up and down slowly between 800 and 1200 rpm.(no power at all). I did everything from check voltage on every single sensor, checked continuity, replaced many wires within the harness, and sensor connectors, coolant temp switch and the temp sending unit, and nothing.

My first problem i had was that i was not getting any spark on cylinder 3.(that was because i had bad ecu's in my possesion and once i got my new ecu and new bin from sr20gti-r, it fired right up and running on all 4 cylinders(i put the old bin in the daughterboard because i cant get the new bin fine tuned at the moment due to lack of funds)

I didnt put the new bin in that jamie sent me with my ecu. I was using my old calum bin and it messed up and after it would get warm it would cut out.

The calum bin was in an ecu that fried(forgot that it was fried)

I put the new 370 bin that jamie sent with my ecu and stays running and doesnt do that stupid problem that it was doing.

Only issue with the new bin is that its super rich and back fires hard core lol.

Well wire up the coolant temp.

After all these issues you keep having, I think it's time for you to step away from this car and buy something you won't touch....

could it be doing that because of the coolant temp switch not being there? ill go out and do this....

i would def wire up that coolant temp sensor i bet thats the problem because i had my plug pop off one time and my car instantly went really rich like it was doing the same issue your having

ok...does anybody know where this plug would be located on the 96 b14 se-r harness? Id like to find where it is so i can wire this up.

Right next to the cts for the gauge cluster that is a single wire.

yea, i know there is a single wire sensor and a 2 wire sensor that i need tp have hooked up but i dont have these plugs on my harness. im trying to find out where on the harness they are supposed to be at so i can attempt to find them and then wire them up from my harness....if i can get a round about area where they are supposed to be at, i will cut open the harness and trace down the wires needed so i can wire these in manualy.

thanks you guys for helping so much. Everyone here kicks A**! lol

I think it comes out of the harness where the oil pressure sender comes out

Its a separate harness from the main engine harness. It has the speed sensor, oil pressure, both coolants and a few others. It connects to the engine harness by the battery in a 8 pin gray connector.

ok found the 2 wire plug and a single wire right next to it so i assumed that these were the wires i was looking for and they were.

I dont have the correct plug for it since the obd2 sensor i guess uses a different size plug so i used those single crimp on connectors on it and i guess i have them backwards because the engine was cool and the gauge on the dash read in the normal temp range and of course when the engine was warming up, it started to approach the hot area but the engine/coolant wasnt that hot and the ecu still reads code 13 and now im getting a code 12. I had to wire my maf in so i prolly messed that up or maybe my solder job didnt hold up.

anyways it stull runs like crap and doesnt take fuel after warming up.
it got late and didnt want to make the neighbors mad. I would put it in the garage but the g8 is sleeping comfortably in it haha
