Thread: 215/45/16 on a 16x7 42mm Offset And Wich Wheel

Ok guys the ride is getting painted soon. Its a 91 B13 Sentra. And I decided that if I'm gonna have new paint that it would only be rite to have a new set of shoes to match. So I'm going back to a 16x7 wheel. Fitting them with a set of Azenis RT615's. There are two 16in. tire sizes that Falken offers. Do you think I can get away with the 215/45/16's with my Eibach Pro Kit drop? And second which wheel should I go with. I have these two in mind.

MOMO Corse RPM has 38mm offset


Or Tenzo R DC-6 has 42mm offset

the 215/45/16 is definitely going to rub. i have the 215/40-16 and they rub either the shock without a spacer or rub the finder with a 4 or 5mm spacer. i ground a little of the spring perch down but i plan on rolling the fenders this spring. i have the road magnet springs btw

I ran a 16x7 +40 on 205/45/16's and barely cleared the rear shock body on the NX. 215/45/16's +42 I believe will require a spacer...Good luck
