I drive hard... Hit redline at least 10 times a day... Every freeway entrance is strait gunning it lol I usually hit 1st gear redline and not any of the others... I think my car is holding ok =/


So I went to the pick n pull down here and got the resonator to muffler off a 1.6L sentra (well 2... Resonator from 1 and muffler from another) and I go to my uncles house and ask him if he can weld on this new muffler I got because mine exploded... Lol he gave me one! He had a all chrome one I think it's a TRD because it has the tip... It's all chrome! Sounds a lot deeper.. Also he welded up a hole that was in the exhaust pipping. Sound vids should be soon

holy shit..........no way...almost as good as the vid where the guys blows the muffker off ther car.

Haha, for a sec I thought about the video I had of mine when I first got it.... hit a huge bump from the construction they were doing on the highway, and my car bottomed out and ripped the muffler right off. The next exit wasn't for another 10 miles or so.... Gave me an excuse to get a new one!

my guess is this;

coil wire popped off (obviously shutting the car off. then because the fuel was not being burned it exploded in the muffler.

ga16 exhaust will fit. I ran the ga16 catback with my det for a few months until I could get it replaced

Quick question about this... When this happened, is it possible that it damaged cylinder 1 and 3? That's the only thing I can think of that is a possibility for those two cylinders....
