Oil Cooler install.
If anyone is interested we installed an oil cooler on Project 200SX. This might be a good read for anyone considering running a cooler.

Yah it might come time for me to do one of these eventually. Just trying not to think about it right now. =]

I love how the adapter has a thermostat built in to help warm-up. That's really nice.

Looks great man, really clean, have any details on fitting sizes, core size etc? That a custom made duct I assume?
Maybe someone should make a complete kit for the different b chassis and sr to ga setups, that would be awesome.

The article talks about the line and fitting sizes so you should check it out for sure!

lines and fittings are AN -10.
Cooler is a Setrab 19 row full size core
Sandwich plate is a Mocal thermostatic unit.

Oh yeah I custom made the sheet metal ducting.

Complete kit's are kind of a waste IMHO. Cooler size will depend on application and some universal kit might not be ideal.

British American Transfer is THE place for anything oil cooler related.
