just an over veiw for those still to lazy to read what i have been searching for since i bought my scooby. its a pressure controled throttle type plate inside the muffler. similar to ferrari's, bimmers, corvettes. it comes in 2 types. "under 4.0l" and larger than 4.0l. i suggest the larger version for the turbo guys. this "blue evo" fella said on his evo that the over 4.0 kept it silent untill he got on it (this is the idea) but the smaller one would open a bit even at idle since the spring tension is less.

I wanted to try this on my VE,but heard they rattled.I see they have a new version to fix that.
They are a little pricey,but I love the idea.If it really works,it will offset the extra cost.

That's what the Spec-v and altima muffler do. They have a flap that opes the second exhaust pipe. I would always hear it clap shut. It was annoying.

I think I'd rather just use a cut-out rather than one of those humongous mufflers.

hahahaha, you like the look of fart cannons more!? im going to spray it semi flat black and put the factory STi tip on it.


? wtf? its $99...............other than ebay fart cannons thats the average going rate for a muffler. and on top of that, its impossible this was posted a year ago as its only been around for a few months.
