Bump for pics added to my question. As you can see they look pretty close but are different. One of the SERs plug is a tad wider than the GAs and the other SER one has 2 rows of prongs when the GAs has one.
I would just swap pins from the SER harness to the connectors on you factory harness and you are set. Search for the FSM and find out which wire does what. There are lots of little differences between GA's and SR's in the B14's. Finding the wires will not be easy though.

Would it really be all that hard? Is there a different color code for each of the harnesses? If I picked up a ser underdash and wired that would that work? Whatelse would I have to get?

So I have a Haynes manual on the b14 sentra and 200 and in the wiring diagrams it has one layout for both the sr and the ga. So shouldn't that mean the plugs should match?
