Seriously?!?! SE-R MY BUTT!!
Well.. Brakes are rare as hell for this car at all the autopart stores so I come to find out the stupid **** head guy completely screwed me over... He did a freaking SE-R - 1.6L brake conversion.... ARE YOU FREAKIN SERIOUS?!? Ugh... Pretty annoyed right now... I had to order these rotors online... Local pick up anybody? 50 bucks for both 250mm Brembo brake rotors... Atleast the auto part store has all the stuff I guess.... Now I know what I'm going to be looking into doing next... Convert this back to SE-R......

You should just put nx brakes on if you are gonna change them.

The 1.6 had Disc front and back OR it had Drums in the back. He converted it to drums? Ive never heard of anyone doing that.

But if you have disc in the front and the back then you have SE-R brakes. They wont be as big as the NX2000 brakes though.

I'm sorry I'm frustrated I didn't state it clearly... The rear brakes are the SE-R disc brakes, front and back are disc. The front brakes are from the 1.6L as in the rotor is 239mm compared to the SE-R which is 250mm. The pads have about a in over the other ones and the shim's didn't even fit lol.... And I was wondering why I was having brake problems....

All the hardware for the front brake is from the 1.6. The 250mm was too big to fit. ehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Im bout 95% sure that the SE-R brakes and the SE brakes are the same. The only brakes that were bigger were the NX2000 and GTiR brakes which got the AD22 as opposed to the AD18's that come on the Sentra's. Are you sure you looking at this right? Dont really know much about Sentra brakes. But Im pretty sure we only have two bolt on choices of Disc brakes.

The NX2000 brake is a 257mm iirc. 250 sounds to big for a stock SE-R

Also what are the numbers on your pads? There should be a 3 digit number that starts with a 5 somewhere on the pad or the box. 509 is the NX2000 brake number I believe. But its been a while.

autoparts alot of the time confuse the se-r brakes for nx2000 brakes..

No 1.6L brakes and SE-R brakes are different. I sell auto parts. I've sold countless break job parts to local garages and such. Most of which are 1.6L brake jobs. I sold a guy pads and rotors for his 1.6L sentra. He comes back all pissed with the parts. The pads are all ****ed up because 10MM of the actual brake pad wasn't contacting the surface of the rotor. That must have been really loud. Haha. Anyways, he had SE-R front brakes on the car, and he didn't even know it. So yeah they are different.

Quick B13 brake facts:

NX1600 and Sentra (not SE-R) all have front disc (AD18) and rear drums

SE-R & NX2000 have all wheel disc, NX2k have AD22VF calipers, needing the larger rotors

Confirmation needed: SE-R has front AD22 (NON-VF)
