I feel your pain. A year ago I went through this exactly. 1.6L comes with something smaller, SE-R has AD18s, NX2k has AD22. From what I've seen, the 'smaller' size is the correct size (when they say it has the 2.0) and the 'larger size', the one you got is the NX size. I'm sure they were like 20 bucks more for the larger ones, right?

Im pretty sure theres a 22 stamped on my calipers. Ive done both the front and rears and the parts were always for a 200sx se-r. I'll have to look again, but im pretty sure about this.

.........be carefull. iirc the ad18 pads will fit in the ad22 calipers but once they are worn past a certain point they can actually slip out of the calipers.

ad22vf= abs equiped nx
ad18= se-r and i THINK none abs nx

I don't know if this is useful to you. It kinda chronicles what I went through, without the battles at Autozone to find parts. I got the wrong part twice (the second time I ordered it and waited 3 days), and then tore the new rubber pin boot and had to blow about $35 at the stealership to get the rubber boot set for the front end. On the upside, the pookie was much higher quality than the sh*t I got at Autozone. Also something to consider, the hardline on the left side on mine had crap in it. They're stupid cheap at the dealer and really easy to replace. Damn I miss my deathtrap.

Confirmation needed: SE-R has front AD22 (NON-VF)

^So wouldn't that make 91-94 Sentra and 91-94 Sentra SE-R front brakes the same?

Just a lil more info here thats fact.

ALL NX2000's have AD22's. All NX2000's are Japan Made. Even if your NX2000 does not have ABS (which if it does I would take OFF) your car has AD22's. NX2000's are better then SE-R's!

According to the FSM i have for a '91.
Non Se-r sentras and NX1600 have CL18VD.
Se-r sentras have AD18VE
NX2000 have AD22VF

I thought i did remember reading somewhere that Se-r sentras do have AD22 just not the VF too? May be just a later year or something?
