Thread: Fans Not Starting

Hi I have a nissan bluebird u 13 & the fans are not starting , ac fan wont start & radiator fan not working can bypass at relays & both work , I disconected temp control sensor to check & there is a neg power supply to one wire . Checked all fuses & relays all good . any one with any ideas , what next .Disconected battery for a day to see if any think would reset still no luck . Help needed . thanks
