Hose replacements
When replacing vacuum hoses, the ones that are pre molded, how do you guys who use aftermarket hoses fit w/o kinking? I found a source of an air leak on my Auxilary Air Idle Valve and need to replace two cracked hoses. Let me know b4 I get some cut. And the Valve Cover to intake, that has wire in it. Could i get away with that one too?

Running it in a loop will eliminate the kinks, but adds considerable length to the hose as well as cluttering up the engine bay. Your best bet is to get a pre-molded hose to replace it.

I am going to get creative with hose couplers and just snip off the ends and use extra clamps. Not neat, but I will know my work.

Goodyear makes something called E-Z Coil... I have seen it before at Advanced auto. I have been thinking about getting this for the house from the VC to the intake.

That looks pretty good but those tight apps like the pcv hose would be a tough sell methinks

I found pre bent heater hoses I could use, I just do not want them to shrink like other hoses I have seen.
