I said MANIFOLD not turbo. Ive tried every paint out there that you can buy off the shelfs. Nuthing works. Matter of fact i dunno why this thread was made when this exact thread was made a couple of weeks ago.

Jensen, the Exhaust housing on a turbo gets just as hot as a manifold. He's talking about an N/A manifold, which doesn't get as hot as a turbo manifold/turbo.

It's all in the prep, and how you paint.
i wouldnt b saying it if i didnt experience it myself. it will come off. Do u forget that i was NA also. I been there done that. would you like to seemy ssac header that i painted in vht paint? i still have it you can see were the paint is coming off. also certain colors work better then others. for some reason black works better then the other colors.

wait, isn't that my header? there is some paint that I've used on a turbo manifold and the paint never came off but its a 3 part paint system and require a 600+ degree oven.
