I had them ballanced at sams club, they were rotated both times I went in to have them recheck the ballance, the tires are only 4 months old and have about 10000-20000 miles left on them,

Like I said above the boots on the ball joints and tie rod ends are cracked but there is no play in them, but the body does have over 200,000 miles on it and they look original

There are no flat spots in any of the tires,

as far as i know, they can be done on a Hunter 9700 balance machine.
i have mounted and balanced/performed RFV on brand new tires that have failed ...

it usually happens with used tires that started out ok, then lost some rubber and went to sh!t...read the link i posted
