jdmenginescorp.com? is this a bad place to get an engine from?
Is this a bad place to get a vvl from, its really cheap so I'm kind of skeptical,
.
it says long block only so I would need all accessories, hoses, and a trans right? I'm going to put it in my 1.6L (I'm guessing since its a jdm I need to get jdm accessories)

Youll need a engine wire harness, ecu reflash, axles, engine mounts, rear and pass side engine mount brackets, axles carrier bracket, clutch, transmission, radiator, rad hoses, lots of parts for new motor as well.

I put 40,000 miles on the ga16 last year, I drive a lot, and a need a fairly cheap reliable engine preferabily a vvl (since I haven't had one yet), I want to put a p11 trans in it (for better mpg), will most usdm acessories (alternator, starter, a/c, and brackets bolt up to the engine? I can find p10 parts fairly easily in the junkyards I go to.
.
I guess the 1.6L a/c system won't work with the vvl engine, well compressor at least?

I've been thinking about it but I'm just weighing my options right now,
.
all said and done I won't have time or funds to do this till january- february as long as I don't have to move
.
I'm still debating if I'm going to crack the engine open and see if the 1.6L is fixable or worth the time

i brought my gtir engine from there. Not the best looking motors (rust everywhere)and half of the harness was cut but, you get what you pay for. I would try Jhot. They sell go motors, and there complete. JHOT Imports

JHOT is ok, Ive been there a few times and they are always helpful. But since this guy is in Florida I would just go pick one up from Miko in a heartbeat. Grab the rest of the stuff for the ga to sr swap while he's at it, I'm sure Miko would make him a deal on all the stuff together. Save on shipping at least.
