Thread: engine doesn't start after installing a distributor and a clutch kit.

I replaced my clutch kit, when I was installed the flywheel. I rotate the crank like 1-2 inch.
I put a mark guide because when I put the flywheel or Pressure plate, The crank rotates, then I can rotate to the original position according to the marks.
But I forgot to accommodate according to the marks and I put back the transmission.
Before that, I removed the distributor , I don't remember why.
supposedly there is a only way to put the distributor, but I don't know.
I already install the distributor but the engine doesn't start. Only cranks and makes funny noise but doesn't start.

firing order is prob off or the distributor is bad

It sounds funny. Does it have fuel? Does it have spark?

Fixed, I replaced the rotor and cap, and the engine starts
