Cosworth 90mm Head gasket finaly avalible!
Well I promised you and here it is! Cosworths long awaited 90mm head gasket.

90mm x 1.1mm SR20 head gaskets in stock now.

Part number 20003395. MSRP $149.00

This is a fully engineered and validated part. Cosworth doesnt make anything but good stuff. They confirm clamp load and configure the gasket until they have excellent clamp load distribution.

Real engineering, this is way better than stuff from the "C" company. Now a major pita in SR development is taken care of for good!

Awesome. I just installed my Cosworth this week, but mine is just a 87mm gasket.

From Cosworth, they have on-line ordering.

The damn admins here shut my threads on this! I had threads in other sections linking to here. This is a major breakthough for SR tuning and the word needs to get out. Big bore gaskets that work, that are reasonably priced and in stock.

Works on the DE, VE, DET.

Do they make a stock sized bore one? I will be needing a 86mm or 86.5mm one. or will the 87 mm work? This is one area that i dont know much about.

A 87mm gasket is fine.

Clamp load distribution is my concern, I am going to look into this more. I know Apex'i has proven to hold up to high boost pressures just as well as Power Enterprise. I am going to call Cosworth tom and probe a lil....good stuff.
