Thread: cheap header recommendations?

A friend of mine bought like 3 months ago an ebay header with 2.5" colector (ebay chinese ones), and cero fitment issues, just try installing other gaskets since the ones that come with the header are crap

I have a new OEM gasket that needs a header.

...and if you look at the beginning of the tape you'll see its not at the inside edge (deceiving). thats why i try to post pics of measurements starting at 1" or more then subtract the difference.

Second look, it probably is 1 and 7/8" if you take how he held the tape a little off center and the inside edge is off like you mentioned.

Is this what you would purchase if you had a cammed DE and not a sick VE 2.3L beast.

if i was on a tight budget and needed a header quickly? yes. it's "good enough", ...and i'd continue to save for a VE.

btw; my ve build is ~ 2.45L, (if it ever gets finished)
