Green light on cluster?

Lol Might sound like a stupid question to some of you, maybe all of you. I don't know what this green light means.... It just lights up when I start going and I have not a clue on what it's for.......

and make me feel stupid.....................................................

Its a light that sends a signal to a satellite telling the government where you are and what you are doing. Be careful, there is also a microphone in there recording your conversations.
