just keep a eye out on the oil level, make sure you do a compression check, but to me it really looks like condinsation

but i agree i highly doubt your valve seals could be bad, or burning oil on a engine build 2300 miles old

It's called WATER VAPOR.

Every car that runs on the rich side of the AFR spectrum spews water vapor on a cold morning. Nothing to worry about. Once the car warms up and the CAT is nice and toasty, most of that condensation is burnt off before leaving the exhaust.

I'm betting your could see your own breath, too?

lol thanks . yea now only when i start the car it smokes for like 2 secs then its good!

Makes sense. Maybe it's the Wisconsin weather or living overseas, but 49deg is not cold to me. If it were 42 or something, then sure, but about 50deg is a normal day for me.
