I went to the junkyard and got some off of 1.6L sentras and it worked, I think I'm going to stack some washers up to get the cotter pin hole to line up,

Mike let me know if you get some more.... I need two.

Damn... I didn't know there was all that. When I did my first axle job I did't have all that. Right now there is only washer>nut>and pin.

Yah I don't have 40265E on my car. I have no idea what it is, and why it's different from 40052C.

Called Greg V and got them.... this whole thread makes me nervous now.

Honestly, this was an eye-opener for me. I didn't know all that was there either. In fact, my B14 doesn't even have the pins in the axles right now. Just the hub-side washer and the 32mm nut. I knew I was missing the crown cap, but I didn't know another washer slid in there. That would explain the gap issues.
