Dead Cat In My Intake
Sikeeeee, well my head gasket went so i fixed it. now starting the car it has a high idle and black smoke out of the exhaust. which i know is running rich. the intake is sucking in air REALLY loud. The question i am asking is can that be caused by the safc because it does not want to work properly all i get is lines. can that cause the car to suck so much air since its not working properly.

No, it only adjusts fuel input by changing the MAF signal, not changing the flow itself. If it's working wrong your car will almost certainly run really badly though, so you should really bypass it on the MAF wires from the ECU and then see how it runs.

Make sure to check for unicorns in the exhaust and filters too
