wont rev over 2500
i got a g20 swaped motor with a jdm sr20de and since then it wont rev past 2500 rpm ive done everything i can think of i have regrounded the maf it has power going to it and i have rewired the maf into the ecu and pulld the nagtive off the battery over night and tryd checking for codes and still nothing so i checkd the volts of the maf going back to the ecu and it is 1.9 volts at idle which the idle is around 1000 rpm i hit the gas and the volts went up is this how it suppose to work? if not can i fix it

Bad wiring, maf in backwards or a bad maf sensor

Its in limp mode, try leaving the battery disconnected for a few hours or overnight, then if its still in limp mode then something needs to be fixed

try using an air line on teh fuel lines,
had the same issue with a 1999 P11 GT,
I like yourself went through everything, new ECU, maf's i even swapped out the engine loom
turns out there was a restriction of somethig in the fuel line, blew it out with a compressor and issue vanished
