Thread: sr20det u13 motor question?

So my car has a sr20det, and ive noticed if i get on her hard when i go to secound ger the car bogs, alot. DOesnt do it going into any other gears only into 2nd when taking off hard. Its been years since i owned a turbo, and ive never had a turbo sr. Cars got the greddy fuel management blue system.

is the clutch slippin dan? you ought to have me take a look @ it..

i guess when he runs the car hard shifting into second the car bogs down. According to him second gear is the only gear that the car bogs..... how wierd

Lynch i know u want to drive it, but i prob will have you come over. Its not the clutch slipping, it just seems weird.

I think we need way more info. Some background info on the engine, the car and the swap would be good for starters. Hoe come it has a Greddy Blue on it?

Im almost wondering if its afuel issue, the the fuel system seems to be running fine. Its a greddy blue system so im a big scrared to even touch it. Turbo doesnt blow any smoke, motor runs great and strong, its just going into ecound gear it bogs like a loss of power? Every car i have owned has to have its one thing it likes to screw with me on. Especially se-r's lol.
