Thread: Engine harness questions

Hello everyone,

I have been trying to use my 92 se-r harness in my 96 b14. My sr20det was in my 92 and i was rear ended and totaled it.

I swapped the det into my 96 gxe auto ga equipped b14.

I know the dash plugs are totaly different. I tried hard wiring them together but that did not work.

I want to run my calum ecu with the set up because it is already tuned for my set up.

If I used the b14 sr harness, would all the harness plugs match all sensor plugs? I know i would have to get an obd2>obd1 step down harness to use the ecu.

Would this work? does anyone know what i can do to make my b14 be obd1 and make the b13 harness work in my car? I miss my sr. Please help me.
