Me and some guy with a SR powered 240 straight gave this GT30R WRX the business tonite. lol just thought i would share.

GT30 STI's are slow so you didnt do much! I told you stop playing with them lil turbos and step up to the big boys toys Your car with the turbo you have will keep up with or beat a GT30 STi. On paper they sound great. But when you really look at the specs they arent that fast.

How much power they making? 380awhp? They have big broad powerbands, but at 380whp it would only be moderately quick. Evos with 30R can be mean as hell. I've seen them making 440-460awhp with a huge powerband.

if i were a highway rac e i would take fwd all day less rotation mass which is faster than awd on highway now from a dig awd is better but not always faster look at some of the 9 sec or faster hondas fwd just depends on how you build it

lol i knew you would say that. The guy really thought he was something serious is the funny part. He bareley beat a untuned sentra on low boost and thought he was king of the world. Then that 240 came out and destroyed him. FROM A DEAD STOP TOO!! But johnny went i get my cams and get tuned im goin cobra huntin just for the hell of it.

^what are you running?? ie: injectors, turbo, maf, tune...

550 injectors, gti-r t28, DE MAF and a stock DE ecu with AFC NEO.

well thats a tall order to fill there my friend lol those Cobra's are fast, but if its stock you should hang for a little bit with him. Modded and your in trouble. I'm talkin 02-04 ish Cobras. Those 90's Cobras aint shizz.

i dont know man if its a modded cobra you better be packing heavily those things are no jokke and certainly no wrx

I dunno man, looks like he was starting to gain up on you towards the end of those runs.

BTW that kind of driving is the reason we don't like those kind of videos
