Sits on the back right side of the valve cover where the end of intake cam is under the vc. Its a grey box/connector that is bolted to the head with a little bracket.
For me they can usually be found off an old G20 at the pick n pull.

i donno i have had issues with boots arcing and it never really caused a huge peroblem, have you checked to see if your spark is yellow or bright white

I'm waiting for a friend, he's like mechanic, well, he told me that he knows how check the spark. I want to see how my car its going to shock to my friend
my car is a 200sx se-r, I think that have a internal power transistor, like the coil.
I already check the spark but only when it was working fine, it's white.
That day, I tested my car for about 30 minutes without problem, the next day, the alternator fails. .
So, I am waiting for replacing the alternator and then, the distributor.
