i personally think going from the top would be faster easier axcess

You might be able to see one of them from the bottom. But goodluck trying to touch it! Remember that the intake manifold circles around them.

HUGE PAIN IN THE ASS. I actually successfully replaced mine in the car laying under it in the middle of winter once. I thought I damaged the hose but its held up fine

Seriously, the bottom looks like easier access to the waterpump hose.

Maybe I have a freak NX or I went under the car and saw that those hoses are totally reachable (I touched both, but left my phone upstairs for taking pics) from underneath with extensions and swivels. If you were to remove the starter and oil pressure switches it is easier to access both. Maybe I am fooling myself. I know I am sending it to my friend so he can do it on the lift. Thats like a $40.00 handshake. Am i the only one who thinks this way??
